Day One!

    It's about 8:30, and I'm sitting next to gate E4 at the Harry Reid airport in Las Vegas, waiting for my Virgin Atlantic flight to London. I left the World of Concrete North Hall about 7pm to catch an Uber to the airport, leaving a massive amount of packing up to be finished by Ted, Payson, Helen, and Tim. 

    They don't seem too resentful of carrying my share of the load, based on the photo they just sent after finishing the deconstruction of the Steel Dog Tower, the centerpiece of our booth:
